Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add the items you’d like to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin processing and unfortunately cannot make changes.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, and many other countries.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 7–15 business days

  • UK: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Why does shipping take longer than usual?
To keep our prices affordable and offer a wide range of styles, we ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partners. This allows us to pass savings on to you while still delivering high-quality items.

Tracking & Delivery

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact us at info@drippup.shop for further assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Please note: We are currently unable to offer returns for size exchanges, so be sure to check our size chart before ordering.

Product Questions

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Each product includes a size chart. Measure your dog’s chest, neck, and back length for the best fit. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are your products comfortable for dogs to wear?
Yes. All of our items are designed with soft, breathable materials to ensure comfort while still keeping your pup stylish.
